THIS MESSAGE TARGETS PERSONNEL, ADMINISTRATIVE, DISBURSING, AND PASS OFFICES 
REGARDING CURRENT PAY/PERSONNEL ISSUES FOR BOTH ACTIVE AND RESERVE PERSONNEL. 

2. ISSUE 223201: eCRM CPPA Command Dashboard Access Procedures. The purpose of 
this Pay and Personnel Information Bulletin is to announce the release and 
access procedures for the Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) 
Command Dashboard in eCRM. 

 a. eCRM CPPA Command Dashboard. This is a tool for CPPAs and Command Triads. 
Fleet Type Commanders (TYCOM) are included in the dropdown filter, however not 
all TYCOMs, SYSCOMs, and Shore Commands will be in the drop down filter of this 
first release. CPPAs will have access to all reports and transactions for 
their cases.

 b. Release: The CPPA Command Dashboard was released on 01 Nov 2022 via 
Pers/Pay eCRM. 

 c. Access Request Procedures: 
    (1) All CPPAs with eCRM access will automatically have access to the CPPA 
        Command Dashoard. Commanding Officers, Executive Officers, Command 
        Master Chiefs, and Senior Enlisted Leaders can request access.
    (2) CPPA Monitor role is needed for access to CPPA Command Dashboard, 
        for those users without a current eCRM role.
    (3) Those with a current CPPA role have access to the CPPA Command 
        Dashboard; CPPA Monitor role is not needed. 
    (4) Instructions and SAAR-N template can be found by accessing the CPPA

 d. Command Dashboard Access:  Once a SAAR has been submitted, users must wait for an 
auto-generated email which will serve as notification that your eCRM CPPA Monitor Role 
has been created. Timeline for account creation and access will depend on the volume
of requests to MNCC. Once an account is generated, the CPPA Command Dashboard can be 
accessed through the link: https://navynpc.my.salesforce.mil
